The US office is mostly back office and we handle our clients from there remotely. If you are heading to the United States, your file sits with an agency that has an official presence on the ground. For visits and appointments, start at one of our Algerian offices.
Before you come by
01Can I visit the Casper office?
It is a registered office rather than a walk-in one, so there is nothing to visit. Everything client-facing happens at our Tizi Ouzou and Algiers offices, or remotely.
02When can I reach the US office?
By phone and email during US business hours. For anything about your file, our Algerian offices are open Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00, and they are the faster route.
03What languages can I be served in?
Arabic, French and English, the same as our Algerian offices.
