The services

Fennec360 provides support services for study abroad, immigration and language exams: advice, file preparation, translation and related services. What each service includes and its price are shown on the invoice you receive before paying.

Ordering

Your order goes through three steps. We send you an invoice that details the service and the amount to pay. You check the invoice and can tell us about any error before paying. Your payment, online or at an office, confirms the order.

For a support package, a service contract is then sent to you to sign online. It sets out the service, its steps and the commitments on both sides.

Prices and payment

The price of each service is shown on your invoice, in the currency stated, and is the total amount to pay. You can pay online by CIB or EDAHABIA card, in Algerian dinars, or at one of our offices. Card payment details are in our online payment terms.

Refunds

Service fees, application fees and tuition fees paid to Fennec360 are non-refundable.

Fees you pay directly to a third party (an institution, an embassy or consulate, a test centre) follow that third party's refund policy.

No guaranteed outcome

Admission and visa decisions rest solely with the institutions and authorities concerned. Fennec360 commits to preparing a complete and compliant file but cannot guarantee the decision.

Complaints

For any complaint, email us at contact@fennec360.com or call us, quoting your invoice number. We examine each request and reply by email.

Personal data

We use your data to process your order and your file, as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tizi Ouzou.
