Online payment terms.
These terms apply when you pay a Fennec360 invoice online by card. They add to our terms of sale.

Services are sold under the Fennec360® brand, registered with INAPI.

Accepted cards
You can pay by CIB or EDAHABIA card. The payment is processed by SATIM, in Algerian dinars.
How the payment works
On your invoice, tick the box accepting the terms, then click Pay. You are redirected to SATIM's secure page to enter your card details. After paying, you come back to our page, which shows the result and the transaction references. Your invoice is marked paid as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Your card data
You enter your card details on SATIM's page. Fennec360 never receives or stores them. We only receive the payment result and its references, such as the order number and the authorisation number.
Declined or interrupted payment
If your payment is declined or does not go through, your invoice stays unpaid. You can try again or pay at one of our offices.
Payment errors
If something goes wrong, for example a double charge or a wrong amount, send the transaction reference to our support team at contact@fennec360.com. We examine each request and reply by email.
Interoperability and SATIM support
As of December 23, 2021, the interoperability of electronic payment systems in Algeria is officially in effect.
For any payment problem, you can call the SATIM toll-free number: 3020.
Refunds
A completed payment remains subject to our terms of sale, including their rule on refunds.
